I prezzi includono: locazione dell'appartamento, tutti i consumi di: acqua, luce, gas, aria condizionata, uso delle piscine, wi-fi illimitato, uso del Barbeque esterno condominiale, posto auto nella proprietà se disponibile al momento dell'arrivo. Posto auto sempre disponibile nel parcheggio libero di fronte al residence.

N. 2 PISCINE di cui una per bambini in zona recintata accessibile solo con chiavi.

al vostro arrivo troverete: un pò di caffè, zucchero, sale, n. 1 rotolo di carta igienica, n. 2 strofinacci per i piatti, presine, sacchetti per la raccolta differenziata, coperte e cuscini così come il phon,sapone neutro viso/corpo, detersivo per i piatti.

Im Mietspreis enthalten sind: Wasser, Strom, Gas, Klimaanlage, Nutzung der Pools, W-LAN , Nutzung des Gemeinschaftsgrills im Garten, Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück (soweit verfügbar).

Nicht im Preis enthalten:  Endreinigung: 40 €,

Kur-Taxe: 0,50 €/Person über 14 Jahre und Nacht. 

Die Preise gelten Woche ist bei einer Belegung der Ferienwohnung mit 1 - 2 Personen. Preis für 3. und 4. Bett: je 35 €/Woche

 Kinder unter drei Jahren sind frei.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher: können für 10 €/Woche und Person gemietet werden
